And in the end the young person knows exactly one thing: that they're supposed to decide without knowing themselves. We flip it. Not "which job fits the grades", but: what can you do that no machine can? What makes you forget the hours? We look at strengths, values, real curiosity – and translate them into directions that actually exist. Honest about the world that's coming. Warm to the human in front of us.
